MADRID (AP) — An outbreak of hantavirus hit a cruise ship in the Atlantic. For some Spanish passengers, fear is not about the illness itself. They dread what awaits them at home.
One man said they want to firebomb their ship. The concern about being a virus target is real. Another Spanish passenger shares that fear. "You see the hate," she told the Associated Press on Friday.
"We have real humans in here." A marine shipment crippled by a virus shows disease terror alive years after COVID-19.
