A hantavirus outbreak has struck a cruise ship. One big question still has no answer. The vessel is heading toward Tenerife.

More than 140 people are in danger. Three people have already died. Officials still don't know how the virus spread.

Contact tracing is not starting in time. There are no test numbers or growth data available. Travel warnings are not public yet.
